I have no idea what’s going on in the modern day gospel scene. I don’t even know if there _is_ a modern day gospel scene. So I ave no idea if Naomi Shelton’s CD, What Have You Done, My Brother, is in line with the times, a throw back to yesteryear, or something brand new. But I’ll say this, Naomi Shelton’s CD, What Have You Done, My Brother, is the gospel CD everyone dreams of. Full of passion, full of devotion, full of funk, full of soul. I suspect for many people out there, this might be their first gospel CD purchase and it will be one they won’t ever regret.
